Keystone Crescent Payment Policy

At Keystone Crescent, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure clarity and convenience, we have implemented the following payment policy for all services, reservations, and events.

Accepted Forms of Payment

​

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Cash: Cash payments are welcome. Please ensure you have the exact amount, as our staff may not always carry change.

  • Digital Payments: We accept payments through digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment systems.

  • Prepaid Vouchers/Gift Cards: If you wish to use a prepaid voucher or gift card, please notify our staff when making your reservation or at the start of your visit.

Individual Orders

​

  • Payment for individual orders must be made upon receipt of the final bill before leaving the bar.

  • For large groups, we offer split payment options. Please inform your server at the time of taking payment if you'd like to split the bill among guests and how.

Deposits for Group Bookings and Private Events

​

  • Group Bookings (10+ Guests): A deposit of 50% of the quoted minimum spend is required to secure your group booking. This deposit is refunded in full if the minimum spend has been reached at the end of the event minus any shortfall or it can be deducted from your final bill at the end of the event.

  • Private Events/Full Venue Hire: For private events and full venue hire, a deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance must be settled on or before the day of the event.

Final Payment for Private Events

​

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance for private events must be paid on the day of the event, either before or immediately after the event concludes. We accept the same forms of payment as outlined above.

  • Split Payments: If multiple guests will be paying for the event, please inform us in advance, and we will arrange for split payments to be processed smoothly.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

​

  • Deposits: Deposits for group bookings and private events are generally non-refundable unless specified in our cancellation policy.

  • Refunds for Services Rendered: Refunds are not offered for food or drinks once they have been consumed unless there is a quality or service issue, in which case we encourage guests to speak with our management team immediately.

  • Event Overpayments: Any overpayments or discrepancies in billing during private events will be rectified before or at the end of the event. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days.

Gratuities

​

  • Service Charge: Service charge of 12.5% will automatically be added to your final bill.

  • Tipping: Additional tipping is appreciated but not required. All gratuities go directly to our hardworking staff.

Special Promotions and Discounts

​

  • Any special promotions, discounts, or vouchers must be presented at the time of payment. These cannot be applied retroactively, and only one promotion/discount can be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.

Disputes and Payment Issues

​

  • In the event of a payment dispute or billing error, please contact us at admin@keystonecrescent.com within 2 days, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Keystone Crescent Cancellation Policy

At Keystone Crescent, we strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate other bookings, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for reservations and private events.

General Reservations

​

  • 24-Hour Notice: For regular table bookings, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Reservations that are canceled within less than 24 hours or no-shows will be put on the naughty list!!!!

Private Events and Group Bookings (10+ Guests)

​

  • 72-Hour Notice: For group bookings or private events, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If canceled within this period, the deposit (if applicable) will be fully refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional fees, up to 50% of the total event cost.

  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the total event cost will be charged.

Event Cancellation (Full Venue Hire)

​

  • 7-Day Notice: For full venue hire or large private events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made within this period.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur up to 50% of the total event cost.

  • No-Shows: If the event is a no-show, 100% of the event cost will be charged.

 

Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule your booking or event, subject to availability.

  • Email: To cancel or reschedule your reservation please email drink@keystonecrescent.com and be sure to include your reservation or event details.

  • Phone: Alternatively call us at 07496 642 391 to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
